Who you are:

SpikeWorks Jiff Davis, a division of Jiff Davis, a J2 company, is hiring a campaign coordinator. We are looking for a new team member to provide operational support on accounts that activate a large number of digital marketing and lead generation campaigns (on average 12+ campaigns per account) per month.

You will be responsible for managing the campaign as a primary point of contact for all launch-related tasks and campaign-related issues with customers. This is a client-facing role. You will interface daily with our internal sales team, operations team, legal and customer success teams.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities and Skills

  • Secure quotes from operating teams and ensure that data is received for timely customer reviews according to RFP specifications
  • Enter and manage sales opportunities in CRM
  • Prepare, file and retrieve operational orders and campaign-related documents for sales use – including change orders and contracts
  • The update system along with account information and campaign trackers were required to monitor the status of the campaign launch
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure proper pre-and-scale service
  • Work with sales and customers to gather appropriate assets for the campaign launch
  • Launch of the campaign in coordination with several internal teams
  • Monitor and communicate campaign status and updates to ensure timely launch and delivery
  • Coordinated optimization with OPS to implement campaign changes

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience as an Account Coordinator, Account Manager or Sales Administrator
  • Experience in using CRM systems preferably Salesforce
  • Proven sales and customer management capabilities, preferably in the advertising and agency market
  • Ability to learn and adapt to work across multiple campaign management platforms
  • Accurate data entry skills, problem-solving ability and ability to work independently and as a team

What you’ll achieve

These accounts drive sales of Dell’s customer, enterprise, software and services offerings. The account set will be a mix of India based MNC’s, corporates, medium business.

You will:

  • Responsible for end-to-end ownership of a set of Dell accounts and increase SOW for Dell in those accounts.
  • Skips the sales process and uses all available resources to manage accounts.
  • Understand and sell customers business and solution requirements based on the state of Dell value propositions.
  • Will carry revenue and margin targets.
  • Connecting and managing relationships at the highest level in the account.
  • Developing and planning account strategies and activities for specified accounts, eg, selecting products for calls, identifying buyer impacts, overcoming objections,
  • Introducing new products, negotiating sales presentations and discount points.
  • Continually and regularly engaged with decision makers at customer facilities in performing primary duties.
